Calling another country, made plain
Paste any phone number. EZDial writes out the exact digits to press from where you are, explains every part of it, and tells you what time it is on the other end.
Green is a decent hour to ring someone (8 AM to 9 PM their time).
Dial Builder
Exit codes, country codes, the trunk "0" you drop (and Italy's 0 you keep), the North American "1", Russia's "8, wait for the tone, 10". EZDial reads the numbering plan of 245 countries and territories so you don't have to.
Call-time planner
Put your time zone next to the people you call. EZDial lines up a whole day, daylight-saving changes included, and lists the hours when nobody gets woken up.
Plan a callDial Book
Keep the numbers you call abroad in a private Dial Book. Travelling? Switch "I'm in" and every number rewrites itself for the country you landed in. See at a glance who you can call right now.
Private link, no account, no email. Free for 3 people.
Start a Dial BookThe Dial Builder, the country guide and the planner for two people are free for everyone. Pay only for the Dial Book extras.

No. EZDial never places calls or sends texts. It writes the number out; you dial it on your own phone (on a phone, the "Call from this phone" button hands the number to your dialler).
From Google's open-source libphonenumber data, the same numbering-plan data used by Android, and from the IANA time zone database. See Sources.
No: that depends on your carrier and plan. It does warn you when a number is premium-rate, shared-cost or toll-free, because those cost more or may not work from abroad.
No, on purpose. People are added one at a time, up to 200. EZDial is for calling your own family, friends and the businesses you deal with, not for calling lists.
